Lovely Stay with Great Views
Enjoyed a fantastic harbor view from our King Room, Disability Access. The staff were genuinely helpful, especially the room cleaner who was cheerful each day. Don't miss the weight area. it’s well-maintained. Consider taking the stairs for a bit of exercise. Bring your own coffee if machines are down!

The hotel is centrally located, perfect for waterfront walks. Our room was spacious, decorated thoughtfully, and the staff demonstrated genuine friendliness.

The views from my room were breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset, and I loved the heated indoor pool and jacuzzi for some late-night relaxation. The only hiccup was a bit of noise from the hallway, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all. Definitely check out the tasty room service for a cozy night in! 🌅

We loved checking out the local sights and spent a great day at the nearby park. The staff was super friendly, and the pool was a perfect way to unwind. Pro tip, book early for the best views!
We had a bit of a hiccup with check-in. it took longer than expected, and it could've been a little friendlier. Still, it didn’t ruin our fun overall.

The Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront offers stunning views of the harbor. My room had a nice ocean view with a balcony, making mornings special. Location is perfect for exploring. just a few minutes walk to Canada Place and close to shops. Staff were incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to assist with a room issue. The breakfast buffet is top-notch, great variety and worth the price. The hotel is showing some signs of wear. the rooms are a bit dated, and some furnishings could use an upgrade. A noise from the air conditioning system was bothersome at night but manageable. The restaurant menu has excellent options but the prices are on the higher side. Would love to see renovations to enhance the experience.

Found a great deal and stayed for 4 nights. The spacious room offered stunning views and friendly staff made the experience more welcoming. However, the shower didn’t work well, and the hotel’s size made it feel impersonal at times. Additionally, I felt the room price was higher than necessary, seeing it for less later online.
